A bioelectrical impedance machine is used to calculate your Body Mass Index. It determines your Body Mass Index – the relationship between your weight and height – by sending an undetectable electrical current through your body. BMI provides a reliable indicator of your body fat for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. The test also provides intra-cellular water capacity which determines the overall health of the cell and how well it communicates to your brain.
A person with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered to be at a healthy weight. A person with a BMI of 25-29.9 is considered to be overweight. A BMI over 30 is considered obese. A BMI of 40 or above indicates that a person is morbidly obese. This can increases a person’s risk of death from any cause by 50%-150%.
Females should be between 57%-60% intra-cellular water capacity. Males should be between 60%-65% intrac-cellular water capacity. If you are below these markings, you are in need of cellular regeneration.
You scored a _____ on the Toxicity Questionnaire.
If your total score is above 40, you are a candidate for the Ultimate Detoxification Program.
We live a toxic world. We can eliminate toxins through breathing, urinating, bowel movements, and even sweating. Every day we eliminate what we do not need from our body, this is a natural detoxifying process – and is able to be done easily by a healthy body. But after years of exposure to the toxic world we live in, our bodies lose their ability to do this on its own and we become ill from the exposure to toxins such as pesticides, chemicals, dyes, preservative, air and water pollution, and car exhaust.
