Our journey begins with Katherine Alvarez, who following Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) suffered from a concussion that came with several symptoms. She had to deal with constant vertigo, nausea, imbalance, sensitivity to light and sound in addition to the emotional frustration that came with not being active. Katherine also had problems with remembering, reading, and concentration.

Upon searching for natural solutions to cure her symptoms, she came across the Crossinology Brain Integration Technique (BIT), and her life changed. By the end of her sessions, all her symptoms were resolved. From there, she decided to learn all there is to BIT to help others overcome their learning disabilities, balance, and emotional challenges.

Since 2004, Katherine had been in the healthcare sector, assisting doctors with medical procedures. However, it was in 2016 that she decided to fulfill her new purpose and redirect her focus to Brain Integration as well as holistic support for wellness in body, mind, and soul.

At present, she holds 6 certifications, including the Brain Integration Technique Practitioner certification at The Crossinology Institute based out of Boulder, Colorado.
